For all big color services, we will ask you for a credit card at the time of scheduling. You will be charged a $50 NONrefundable deposit.
Should you need to cancel any appointment, please notify Shear Ambition at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% charge for the service and loss of the deposit. ALL no call/no shows will be automatically charged 50% of the service and loss of deposit.
Please arrive on time. If you will be more than 5 minutes late, call the salon and alert us. We want to provide all clients with the appropriate amount of time for their desired services. Lateness interferes with our appointments for the rest of the day. If you are longer than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to shorten or even reschedule your services.
We love your children and will happily accommodate them during their scheduled services. If a child does not have an appointment, we ask that you don’t bring them to yours (if it is longer than 60 minutes.) We also understand that it’s not always possible to find child care. If you do need to bring your young children, we have many coloring books and crayons to entertain them! Please keep them nearby as we do have many hot tools and chemicals that can be a hazard to small children.
We want every client who walks out our doors to be extremely satisfied with their services. If there is any issue, please alert the salon within 1 week of your services. We will do our best to assist you if there are technical issues. If your request is one not discussed in our previous consultation this policy does not apply. An extra non-discussed service will result in an extra appointment and charge. We do not offer monetary refunds for any services.
As of January 1, 2023 we will no longer accept tips on credit cards. You may tip your stylist with cash or Venmo. Some stylists will accept cash, Venmo, Cash App or Zelle. Just ask your stylist.
